Under A Blood Red Sky

The day ended with a beautiful sunset. I had gone to the park at 1 PM and was pretty sun burned when I got home around eight. Thank god I have been preparing for this for the last couple of months. I’m still at Lucy’s place in the city. On days I work at home on the computer I take an hour off for lunch, go out on the terrace and catch some sun.

I never have been more tanned in the 12 years I have been here. The goal is to catch up to my best friend Marco. Marco is from Mexico City though. All he has to do is to look at the sun for five minuets and he is way ahead of me again.

It is tough to be from Germany when is comes to tanning but I will not give up. Watch out Marco, I will catch up with you one of these days!
