Aren’t we human beings all caterpillars? We go about our daily lives, we think we are this body, part of this race, our skin color, from a certain country, a man or a woman, beautiful or not, intelligent or not, gifted or not.

We know what life is all about. We know what the world is about. We know what we have to do to make things work. We know what we have to do to get what we want.

We also know exactly who we are. We know where we come from, our likes and dislikes and know where we are going to.

But do we have any idea about our full potential?

Does the caterpillar on this photograph know that one day it will be a beautiful butterfly and will have the ability to fly? Or does it think that eating and crawling around is all there is to life?

Will it’s old way of life seem like a bad dream after it has pupated into what it was meant to become all along, after it realized its full potential?
