After dwelling a full day on negative and limiting thoughts I had a deep realization and made a fundamental decision.My dear mind, you are the source of whatever suffering is left in my life. I am done with you!I know that you are not a part of me and that you have nothing to do with who I really am. I am sick and tired of you negative comments, low punches, unhappiness, judgment, control, focus on weaknesses, vicious attacks, hateful behavior towards me, your lack of support and you taking pleasure in putting me down.I don’t want to have anything to do with it ever again! I’m done with your insanity. In fact I am declaring war. Dear mind I am declaring war! Any attempt to show up in my life in any way will trigger full retaliation. I will through everything I have at you.I will front thrust kick you, chain punch, elbow and knee you to the floor. I will fight you without mercy. I am done with your hatred, games and manipulation. Trust me you will lose this one.I don’t want anything to do with you ever again! I have a wonderful life. Any suffering I experience is mental, illusionary and caused by you.
