Nature

The last couple of weeks I spent quite some time in nature, first in West Marin and then in Vermont. Since I live in a city I usually do not have the chance to see that much green and to breathe that much fresh air.

What is the difference between nature and us human beings? Nature’s expression is natural. Nature does what it must do. The tree and the grass grow, the eagle flies, the bird sings and the mountain lion hunts. Nature follows its inner voice, the voice of the universe. The tree does not think about if it should grow or not, the bird does not doubt its ability to sing and the eagle does not decide to much rather walk then to fly. This is why nature is such a great teacher.

We as human beings can learn a lot from watching nature express itself.
