Egotistical

Writing my last post I realized that in most of the blog posts I wrote I never used the plural of ego. I would say, “our ego” instead of “our egos”. I now understand why I have been doing that.

To me there is only one ego. Whenever I meet people that are very egotistical I feel that they are the same. It is like meeting an identical person over, over and over again. There seems to be an ego blueprint upon which the ego is built.

All of them are selfish, aggressive, unpredictable, violent, fearful, unhappy and controlling. It is a mental state that is bordering on insanity.

The good news is that if you are in that state you don’t realize it. You think that you are normal and that everybody else is insane. :-)
