The state of joy and happiness is destroyed by a sense of self that is created by the experiences we make growing up. Even though our sense of self is subjective since it is entirely based on what experiences we make, what people we meet and what interactions we have with them we believe strongly in what we imagine ourselves to be.Now we compare, now we judge, now we know, now we worry, now we are afraid, now we regret and feel guilty.Establishing a sense of self is the expulsion from paradise. Its creation decreases joy and happiness and introduces suffering into our lives. Heaven falls and hell is created.  "Paradise Lost" Bloomington, Indiana, Elijah having fun in the back yard 04-27-09 at 02:29 PM_DSC6582
